Give Away: 

As we are a non-profit educational organization, we ask each participant to donate an item or items for our fundraiser give away at the event. There is no minimal or maximum value required at this time and items can be goods for participants to take home, gift certificates or vouchers that can be redeemed LOCALLY in person or remotely if available. This is an additional opportunity for you to bring guests into your business.*Please be prepared to tell us what you will be donating so our Committee can plan ahead for fundraising.

Included for All Vendors:

All items must be submitted before the deadlines in order to take advantage of the maximum vendor benefits.

*Listing on our website under appropriate category(ies) with picture & description

*Inclusion in our e-mail newsletter (currently over 2,500 recipients & growing)

*Inclusion in our social media promotions on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter

*Listing on our festival flier handed out to guests at arrival

*Eligibility for speaking/lecture time slots while still available (first come, first served, limited availability)

*Community Information Table reserved for paid participants for your to put your business cards, brochures, fliers or other approved marketing materials. (Subject to approval, please be courteous and do not manipulate the table)

Vendor Sponsorship Upgrade 

Once approved, Vendors have the opportunity upgrade their package to a sponsorship package for additional advertising for an additional fee. Please indicate if you are interested in becoming a sponsor on your application for more information.
