Is there an admission charge?

No, not at this time, though we are asking for donations to help us to be able to continue this celebration. We are a non-profit educational organization and we would like to keep admission free/donation based for as long as possible but this will be a trial run. We do ask you to get your hand stamped once each day at the welcome desk to help us keep a guest count for our records.

Are there age limits or requirements for attendance?

No! This is a family friendly event, though children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. You know your family and friends better than anyone. All ages are welcome but for everyone's safety and ease, please keep a close watch on all children. Please keep in mind that there will be people offering ongoing onsite relaxation therapies, consultations & lectures and though it is an exciting time for all, we ask that you try to keep yourself and your children as calm and quiet as possible out of respect for guests receiving services. And children, keep a close eye on your parents. Parents have a tendancy to get caught up in the magic of the event and may even start having fun.

This is a non-smoking event.

This is predomenantly a health fair first and foremost. There is a designated smoking area for those who have a need to smoke a safe distance away from the doors on the upper level parking deck. You may also smoke in your personal vehicles. There may also be smoking cessation aides offered by some of our vendors for those who may be interested. Please check with our host/esses for direction and thank you for understanding.

Will there be food services available?

No, but you may leave to eat and come back. Local dining suggestions can be found on our accomodations page to help you find the right dining experience for you. We ask that you properly dispose of all garbage and clean up after yourselves to help keep our event tidy.

Do I have to schedule an appointment with Intuitive Counselors?

Yes. Some appointments may be available for walk ins but are not garaunteed. The best way to ensure you get time with your favorite reader is to book the appointment as soon as you arrive. Appointments are very limited. All readings are CASH ONLY and must be paid for at the time you schedule your appointment. Appointments and payments are to be made at the Welcome/Guest Services Table.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to schedule an appointment with healers?

No. Many healers will have sign up sheets on their tables with available time slots though slots often fill up quickly. When choosing a time, please check the lecture schedule to make sure you are not scheduling for a time when you are planning to be in lecture or if they are scheduled to give a lecture. Please be respectful of the healer's time and schedule and when signing up for a session be sure to be there and ready when it's your turn to keep things flowing smoothly.

What methods of payment are accepted?

That depends on who you are making payments too. DONATIONS TO THE FESTIVAL in lieu of admission may be cash or check at the event and visa, mastercard, discover and paypal can all be accepted online via our donate option. Receipts will happily be given by request. VENDORS & HEALERS. Each are responsible for their own booth and payment methods. All accept cash. Some are equipped for debit and credit. Each is free to decide if they will choose to accept personal checks. READERS. ALL READERS ARE CASH ONLY. Payments & appointments are all made at Guest Services where you are given a slip of paper to redeem your session with your Reader of choice.
